Shipping policy
This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through Ninele Pty Ltd trading as NINELE maternity.
We currently ship within Australia using Australia Post.
Order processing
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received.
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
During busy periods, launches, sales, or restocks, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location.
We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time. Any free shipping offer will be shown on our website or at checkout.
Delivery times
Estimated delivery times within Australia are:

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, Australia Post delays, public holidays, weather events, or other circumstances outside our control.
Australia Post delivery
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details, where available.
You can use the tracking number to follow your delivery through Australia Post or the relevant delivery provider.
Incorrect delivery details
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
We are not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, or delivered incorrectly due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at: support@ninele.com
We will do our best to update the address before the order is dispatched, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed.
Lost or delayed parcels
If your parcel is delayed, please check your tracking details first.
If your order appears to be lost or significantly delayed, contact us and we will help you follow up with the delivery provider.
Once an order has been handed to Australia Post or the delivery provider, delivery times are outside our direct control.
Authority to leave
Some parcels may be left in a safe place if Australia Post or the delivery provider considers it suitable.
If you do not want your parcel left unattended, please check whether delivery options are available through your tracking link or Australia Post account.
International shipping
At this stage, we currently ship within Australia only.
If international shipping becomes available, shipping rates, delivery times, duties, taxes, and customs charges will be shown or explained at checkout where applicable.
Pre-orders
If your order contains a pre-order item, your order will be shipped once the pre-order item is available, unless stated otherwise.
Estimated dispatch dates for pre-order items are estimates only and may change due to production, supplier, or shipping delays.
Returns
For information about returning an item, please see our Returns & Refund Policy.
For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Where we provide an Australia Post return label, the cost of the label will be deducted from your refund.
